It's easy to see how fitness can appear dreadful.
Here are some commonly held beliefs:
🤬 You need discipline to be fit.
🧐 You need to be on a restrictive diet to be fit.
😟 Time, money and equipment are required to be fit.
You need to do x of y, 5x per week for 1 hour.
If I thought like that, I would hate fitness myself.
